9 Winston Gardens Berkhamsted Hertfordshire HP4 3NS
Proposal
Three Oak trees at bottom of garden, tree surgeon recommending 30% crown reductions. Tree 1 is very large and has not had any recent work apart from removal of dead branches. A large bough fell in storm last winter. This tree overhangs neighbouring property at end of Lane End. Trees 2 and 3 are very close together and in shadow of tree 1 and have very restricted growth on the affected side because of this and have a heavy weight of branches on the other side, tree 2 over the Lane End property and tree 3 over the neighbouring property on Wayfarers Park
