Submission of details to discharge condition 3 in relation to Decision notice PA22/08849 dated 28.02.2025 I hope the new schedule is acceptable as there are numerous factors that need to be considered. This is an elderly care facility and any works of this nature is extremely disruptive to the residents and their welfare is of the utmost consideration. Affordability - at today's prices, the cost to replace the windows is in excess of ??126000, this price will increase, as we go along and there hasn't been any additional quotes for disposal of the removed units, scaffolding etc which will increase the cost There are considerable works needed on the roof in the estimate area of ??60000, which are becoming more urgent and the business is struggling at the moment with only 10 residents in a 15 bedded home. The continued viability of the business is of utmost importance and the general survival of the home needs to be considered.
