Non-material amendment in respect of decision notice PA17/10928 (Demoliton of 1970s bungalow and the erection of a highly energy efficient replacement dwelling) - 1. Omit entry floor office, 2. Omit cantilever terrace and brie soleil at entry level to Master bedroom on south elevation, 3. Omit cantilever terrace and brie soleil at entry level to Master bedroom on south east elevation and replace with inset balcony, 4. Re-orientate south east elevation footprint to lower ground floor, 5. Minor re-orientation of internal layout, 6. Amend windows and roof lights with the following changes: a. sliding glass door omitted to entry floor on south elevation and window added to south east elevation, b. Windows and doors omitted to proposed office that has be omitted, e. Door to garage omitted and size of structure reduced, f. Three windows added to east elevation and one door replaced with window to rear of garage, g. Roof light positions amended with dome omitted, 7. External store and steps to garage omitted to the external works and replaced with winding path and general reduction in retaining walls with preference for soft landscaping.
