Non-material amendment (No. 1) for: 1) the room on the North West Elevation be changed from being a fully glazed room to being constructed of the same material as the rest of the bungalow with only a single window on the North West Elevation; 2) Repositioning of existing approved design on the South West Elevation to reflect the proposed changed interior layout; 3) change to the bedroom on the SE/NE elevation under the existing approved roofline which shows a recess on the bedroom (SE) wall plan but which is proposed to be brought back in line with the other bedroom wall.
