Non-material amendment (No. 1) for: Front wall of living room to extend out by 450mm, with small area of flat roof formed. Side wall of porch extended out by 200mm. Chimney stack made wider at base, with contemporary style cap. Grey aluminum banding to be incorporated to the rear / side and return around part of front. General alterations to fenestration throughout, with Crittall style windows to front elevation. Widows to the front elevation to have aluminium powder coated casing to the outside. Alterations to the external materials to include natural stone to all ground floor walls, with hung natural slate cladding and vertical timber cladding to first floor walls. Car port to become enclosed store. Store room to become gym room. Additional conservation style rooflight to rear elevation. Apex glazing in gable removed from rear elevation. Fascia & soffitt boards changed to be painted timber or natural slate. Additional door added to utility room to (PA17/06158) Construction of dwelling and construction of replacement storage shed/agricultural use.
