Non-material amendment (No. 1) for a change of materials to the shared drive way accessed off to main highway to (PA17/03802) The provision of a new vehicular access and the erection of a new two storey detached dwelling within the garden of the existing dwelling house.Minor internal alteration to lower ground floor layout, changes not to affect the external appearance in any way.Internal alterations to the upper ground floor layout to relocate the bedroom to create a larger open planned kitchen / living area.This will allow more light into the living space and the additional foot print will produce a more comfortable living environment.These alterations come with minor external alterations to openings.The relocated bedroom to have a new window for escape purposes this will create no overlooking or privacy issue and will therefore not affect the scheme.Changes to the existing Kitchen/dinner window to become French doors with Juliette balcony to match the already approve lounge Juliette balcony.
