Non material amendment to Planning Application PA16/06837 dated 16th September 2016 for a single storey extension and barn conversion to create annexe for providing accommodation ancillary to the main dwelling namely :-1. Replace "black painted cladding" with "Natural wooden", vertical cladding to the exterior walls. Increase the use of natural stone walls to match the existing walls. Replace the metal roof panels with more natural, "real slate" roofing and red clay ridge tiles.2. Replace the white painted concrete walls with more "Natural wooden", vertical cladding, to match the Barn and the existing kitchen.3. A new solution is needed to allow light ingress into the existing rooms on the ground floor. The proposed solution will be to replace as much of the immediate, proposed cladding and roofing with a glass atrium.
