Proposal

To install fixed pontoons to protect new grass bank at southern end of quay. To prevent damage/erosion by houseboats. Also to provide safe access to houseboats at any tide. Also to secure electric, telephone, water and sewage cables/pipes to remove current trip hazard. To install wooden piles to replace mooring chains currently in use which disturb the silt with each tide. These piles used to secure stern of houseboats. To install 2 metre wide access ramp for all houseboats, negating the need for multiple access paths across the new grass bank (i.e. prevent disturbance) - This will also provide safe access for our disabled resident.
