Approval of matters required by condition 3 of planning permission 0/44624 (Remodeling and extension of the existing entrance and access to the facility, extension to the rear of the building to create additional meeting room and storage. In addition to the above the project also includes for the complete refurbishment internally of the facility which will include a rewire and the installation of a sustainable heating system. As part of the refurbishment the trustees intend to undertake an upgrade to the thermal model of the building by increasing the thermal efficiency of the walls and roof and to undertake a replacement of the roofing system. The windows and the glazing to the building are also to be replaced and upgraded. The main entrance remodeling and extension will include for the integration of level access and platform lift to allow disabled people to access all public areas within the building. The extension will also include a completely new installation of toilet facilities, a small cafi and new kitchen as well as a flexible multi use area and meeting room.)
