13 Park Drive, Tiptree Colchester CO5 0GW
Proposal
Change one of the two garage doors to be a new double glazed PVC patiosliding door. This is to allow the children to open and close the door. The current garage doors open vertically into the roof of the garage. The garage will continue to be garage so no change of use is required. The only change will be to one door to allow bikes etc. to be put in or taken out by my children. We will keep on garage door as supplied by the builder.
