Fell and grind out stump, Tree T1 Field Maple - Tree has not been maintained in the past and has at least 5 main trunks.It is very close to the adjacent property (Steeplefield, Church Bank, Tattenhall, CH3 9QE) and has been identified as causing the problems with subsidence at this property. Please see attached report.Tree can not be replanted in the churchyard due to space being full of graves. But 2 trees will be planted in Steeplefield garden.
