Listed building consent for Roof maintenance works to Macclesfield Library. Works are predominantly to be undertaken to the two modern extension sections of the building (1990s build). Replacement parapet gutter, replacement of isolated slates / refilling of missing reconstituted slates. Additional overflow outlets, sealing other parapet copings, isolated liquid coating repairs to other flat roof / lead details. Replacement of 2 no. modern roof lights. The original former 1881 section of the property (Former Bank) which contains all the architectural features (predominantly external) which will remain as existing. Only like for like Welsh slate repairs and unblocking parapet gutters/ outlets are proposed the original section of the building.
