64 Widford Road Chelmsford Essex CM2 8SY
Proposal
T1 - Sycamore - reduce the crown by 2m in height and 2-2.5m in lateral growth, and removal of deadwood in the upper crown. Reason - part of ongoing preservative maintenance of the tree. The tree is currently overhanging the listed building below, that holds significant historical value. Pruning is deemed necessary to prevent damage to the building below (longer, dense areas of growth that will likely shed during high winds if left unmanaged, rubbing branches and deadwood removed). All pruning will be carried out to BS3998.
