Reduce crown by up to 2.4m which will, and remove up to 2.4meters of branches currently overhanging springfield road and in close proximity of vehicles (some branches are currently covereing the street lamp so will need additional pruning/removal to clear, and improve the light for both pedestrian and traffic saftey reasons). Remove Ivy currently growing around the tree and up main trunk.
