TO BE CONFIRMED The tree has a fungal disease and our tree surgeon feels it will not recover and could be a danger to our property and also the highway, Swithland lane . Sadly we propose taking down the tree before this happens . We hope to plant a new tree in its place. I have photos of the tree but cannot see how to attach them to this application. But I had sent them previously to Dominic Waller, at CBC. It is a London Plane tree.
