TO BE CONFIRMED JG asked for supporting evidence as per application form guidance. 29/05/24 Scots Pine - fell because of concerns raised by ourselves and neighbours regarding excess movement in windy conditions and risk of falling which would result in potential significant damage to our and neighbouring properties, or risk to life. Large branches fallen onto front garden where our children frequently play poses a real safety risk. Significant shade cast and position mean other plants in our front garden find it difficult to survive in immediate vicinity of this tree. Several complaints received from neighbours regarding volume of pine needles blocking guttering creating overflow and littering properties, and causing flooding of public street drains.
