Variation of condition numbers 4,5 & 6 of planning permission CB/23/03246/FULL(Change of Use from existing residential dwelling to residential care home (Class C2) for up to 6 persons) Reason for variation: Planning Condition 4: Before the development is brought into use, the parking spaces as shown on plan ref. RPD_HAMPDEN_030123_02 Rev B shall be provided and retained in perpetuity, andthe parking spaces, turning area and access shall remain unobstructed at all times. Planning Condition 5: Before development begins, a scheme for the secure and covered parking of cycles on the site (including the internal dimensions of the cycle parking area, stands/brackets tobe used and access thereto) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be fully implemented before the development is firstoccupied or brought into use and thereafter retained for this purpose.
