THE TREE IS A SYCAMORE, SELF SET ON TOP OF A STONE BOUNDARY WALL TO THE SIDE OF THE RIGHT HAND PARKING AREA. IT IS APPROXIMATELY 25 FEET TALL WITH THREE MAIN TRUNKS WITH THE TIPS LEVEL WITH TELEPHONE AND FIBRE OPTIC CABLES. THE ROOTS HAVE PENETRATED THE WALL AND CAUSED CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE. FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE WALL WOULD CAUSE IT TO COLLAPSE AND THERE COULD BE MAJOR DAMAGE TO AN ADJACENT GARAGE WHICH BELONGS TO THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR. IT IS PROPOSED TO FELL THE TREE AND KILL THE ROOT SYSTEM IN THE WALL.
