Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans) of 24/00964/VAR (approved 18/12/2024) to amend the approved scheme as follows: 1)Reduce the proposed developable area of the Site, consisting of the following; - Revised drainage layout, consisting of the reshaping & relocation of proposed cellular storage and attenuation - Reconfiguration of the 49 vehicular car parking spaces within the site. - Reconfiguration of approved landscaping (hard and soft) and tree planting - Amendment to approved ground floor cycle storage area to create raised first floor undercover cycle storage area with stair access with cycle-ramp. (Approved 23 March 2026- 25/02543/VAR):- Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans), 3 (Construction Management), 4 (Construction Environmental Management Plan), 5 (Gases), 6 (Contamination), 7 (Remediation), 8 (Highways) and 9 (Portable Water) to amend the approved scheme as follows: 1) Modest increase to building height to allow additional units and larger amenity areas; 2) Fenestration amendments; 3) Additional green roofs and external amenity areas: 4) Combine and vary Conditions 3 and 4 to require compliance with CEMP; 5) Vary Condition 5 to require compliance with submitted Gas Monitoring Report; 6) Vary Conditions 6 and 7 to require compliance with submitted Geoenvironmental Site Investigation Report and Soul Remediation Method Statement; 7) Vary Condition 8 so details of works are submitted prior to beneficial occupation rather than commencement; 8) Vary Condition 9 so a scheme is required to be submitted prior to beneficial occupation rather than prior to commencement of the majority of the works.
