T1 & T2 - Sycamore: Crown lift to provide approximately 5 metres clearance above ground level. T3 & T4 - Sycamore: Pollard to approximately 10-12 metres. The tree has not previously been pollarded. Works are proposed to establish and maintain the crown at a manageable height and reduce foreseeable risk from falling branches to members of the public using the garden areas. T5 - Ash: Severe Ash Dieback with significant crown decline and extensive dead and dying upper growth. Fell to ground level due to the deteriorating condition and foreseeable risk of branch and/or stem failure. The tree is close to existing structures and the area proposed for construction of a new outbuilding. T6 - Ash: Completely dead tree with extensive deadwood and a deteriorating structure. Fell to ground level due to the foreseeable risk of branch and/or stem failure. The tree is close to existing structures and the area proposed for construction of a new outbuilding. T7 - Sycamore: Mature Sycamore currently in reasonable physiological and structural condition, with no significant immediate safety defects identified. Fell to ground level to facilitate construction of the proposed new outbuilding and provide the necessary space for the building, access and working area. Retention of the tree would significantly constrain the proposed layout.
