Non material amendment to application 24/00824/FUL; extend temporary period on condition 3 and 4 this usage & lighting time extension was given with the idea that the works would be completed by July 2025 and 12 months would be enough time to understand any concerns from neighboring households or businesses. Unfortunately, due to a delay with the project, the work will only be completed on 31st July 2026 and this will give us no time to trial the time extension as the deadline for the trial has already passed. our proposal is that another 12 month period is granted up until 31st July 2027. All other conditions of the approval will remain, just points 3 & 4 will be changed to grant the additional hour Monday - Friday.
