A tree survey was carried out in March 2025 by Colin Chambers, in order to assess the condition of the trees overall heath and identify any requirement for preventative or maintenance works. The recommendation in this report was that we should look to reduce the size of the crown to achieve the same overall size and shape as the pruning undertaken in 2022 (planning Ref. No: 22/00432/ATP). (reduction of 2-3m) The recommendation was that work should be carried out within the next 12 months. With the end of the bird nesting season we are now looking to complete this maintenance ahead of the next growing season.
