I have had a tree surgeon take a look to 08/12/2021 at the main trunk of the tree and is full of water and some disease is showing on the horse chestnut tree The tree it not properly maintained and needs a professional to rescue this tree before its to late to save it I propose that a some weight is taken out of the areas and bring some life back to the troublesome areas .
