Application for the Certificate of Proposed Development - internal alterations to an existing mid terrace house, consisting of converting the loft, with 4 no. roof lights. into a third bedroom / office space without changing the existing structure of the roof. New stairway to be installed above existing stairway. New concrete double roman tiles and ridge tiles. Using a new dry-fix ridge system. New lead works throughout. Re-render X2 chimney stacks and parapet walls to property, with X2 coats of waterproof sand and cement, with a sponge finish. Using stainless steel bell cast/angle beads. New PVC fascia and soffit to front of property, also replacing guttering. Includes structural work where needed - purlings and rafters where needed.
