Following the previous removal of a large Leylandii, an adjacent small fir tree was found to have root encroaching on a party 6 foot wall and received unsightly damage to 50% of branches that were north facing and had been very close to the Leylandii. There was no regrowth on the effected aspect of the tree. Budlia has been planted near the sight of the felled Leylandii. I am applying to have the small tree removed to save the wall, remove an unsightly tree who's top and north aspect which had been in the shade of the much larger tree and had shown no sign of regrowth since the larger tree was felled some 12 months ago.
