North West Corner Boundary T1 - Elm Reduce height by up to 3 metres and sides by up to 2 metres. Crown lift to 3 metres. South East Boundary T2 - Elm Reduce height by up to 3 metres and sides by up to 2.5 metres. Crown lift to 3 metres. T3 - Sycamore Fell as close to ground level as possible. Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. T1 stands approximately 14m tall with a 5.5 to 6m crown width from centre. After the requested works there would be a residual height of 11m and no less than a 4m crown width from centre. T2 stands approximately 18m tall with a 7m crown width from centre. After the requested works there would be a residual height of 15m and a 4.5m crown width from centre. T3 stands approximately 14m tall with a 3.5 crown width from centre. Works for T1 & T2 are part of an ongoing maintenance program, maintaining the trees at their smaller size. Works would not be detrimental nor impact the amenity value of the area. Reasons for the felling works on T3 are to reduce the potential future stability concerns of the stems being so close together. In time, the crown on T2 will eventually balance out.
