Rear Garden T1 - Cypress Trim back section by steps as hard as possible whilst retaining growth. T2 - Pittosporum Trim all round to neaten and shape. T3 - Buddleia Trim top. Lightly trim face to neaten. T4 - Elaeagnus Trim all round to neaten and shape. T5 - Laurel Trim all round to neaten and shape. T6 - Neighbouring Tree Using poll pruners, cut back overhanging branches back to boundary line. T7 - Photinia Trim all round to neaten and shape. T8 - Olive Trim all round to neaten and shape. T9 - Abelia Trim all round to neaten and shape. T10 - Bay Trim all round to neaten and shape. T12 - Cedar Prune clear from neighbouring building to give 1 metres clearance. Front Garden G13 - Cotoneaster, Chimonanthus, Smoke Tree, Lilac & Mixed Vegetation General tidy and maintenance. Trimming/reducing to neaten, ensure overhang to path is reduced back to wall line. Works are for general upkeep and maintenance of the gardens and increase accessibility to the client. Mostly hedging with the exception of items T12 & T6 being minor pruning works. None of the works would be detrimental and would improve amenity values. Works to G13 to reduce back from public path I believe are necessary to keep clear and reduce debris from falling onto them.
