I have a few lower branches on this above referenced sycamore tree (TPO2023(28)) causing our lawn below to be very shaded and it's killed the grass off - I would like permission to remove the branches? The removal wouldn't impact the shape/height/health of the tree in a way. Photos attached for clarity - red circle on branches affecting lawn.
