Rear Garden T1 - Willow Reduce overall crown by 2 metres. Cut back from the neighbouring propery to give 1 metre clearnce. Crown lift over the balcony to give up to 2.5 metres clearance. Front Garden G2 - Cherry & Sycamore Reduce the height by 2 metres to just under the BT lines. T3 - Pittosporum Remove the stem growing over the path. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY. The requested works are for general maintenance and upkeep. The willow is a fairly large tree and the crown is close to the properties 27 & 29. The pruning works will keep the tree at a reasonable size for the location. The cherry and sycamore are interfering with the BT line. The reducing work will solve this issue. The pittosporum has a low limb growing towards the property which is to be removed. None of these works would be detrimental nor effect the amenity values.
