Non material amendments to application 17/00643/FUL (Redevelopment of site to provide a community hub (sui generis use) at ground floor, offices (Use Class B1) within part of the basement and ground floor and the entirety of the first floor and 19 flats (4 x 1 bed and 15 x 2 bed) at second and third floor level, incorporating elevational alterations, roof extensions, a single storey colonnade extension to east facing elevation and associated improvements to curtilage including new vehicular and cycle parking and landscaping) to allow for area of entrance steps and doors adjusted, change of stone material from 'bath' to 'portland' stone. Change of window colour from RAL 7021 (Dark Grey) to RAL 7024 (Graphite Grey). New special brick cill omitted to all windows. Existing external door replaced with new window on north elevation. Air bricks omitted to ground floor on north and west elevations, air bricks positions added to 2nd floor. Existing external clock to be taken down. Arrangement of dormer windows adjusted to roof on west elevation. New louvered panels added to west elevation, along with new entrance/ plant doors, ramp and handrail. 3 additional A.O.V's added to roof.
