Variation of condition 2 (approved documents) to allow the following: 1. Lower the levels of the three proposed houses by 500mm to accommodate ramps (as per Building Regulations Part M(1)) from driveway to porches without the driveway being too much higher (and therefore overbearing) than the rear gardens of 10, 12 and 14 St Andrews Avenue. 2. Maintain the ridge height of the easternmost proposed house in relation to the rear garden of 10 St Andrews Avenue. This means the height of the house will be increased by as much as the level has been lowered (500mm), but will be no more overbearing on 10 St Andrews Avenue as the previous application 19/0413 as can be seen from the 45 degree line on the attached drawing. of full planning permission reference 17/4747 dated 06/11/17 (as amended by planning permission 19/0413 dated 02/04/19) of Erection of 3 two storey detached dwellinghouses to rear of 12 and 14 St Andrews Avenue, with provision for 4 car parking spaces, cycle and bin storage, installation of new service road between 12 and 14 onto St Andrews Avenue and associated landscaping
