A modular steel skinned building will be constructed to make and mature cheese on Pen Crug farm to process the milk from our herd of dairy goats. The building will be sited next to the existing agricultural barn which contains the milking parlour and milk bulk tank. The cheese building will be partially masked from view by the fields rising to the North and East of the site and will not be visible at all from the South (it will be behind the existing barn) or West (it will be behind the farm house and walled garden). The building will be painted green to help it blend in with the surrounding fields. The building will be insulated internally with hygienic wall panels and fitted with a small number of double glazed windows to allow natural light into the main working areas.
