Install secondary double glazing, overhaul and repair front door, install loft hatch to ceiling in first floor store room to access roof void, install cloakroom, main bathroom and en-suite bathroom with associated hot and cold water, supplies and drainage, review and enhance timber roof structure and suspended floors, insulate roof voids with natural insulation rolls, overhaul internal joinery retaining existing ironmongery, rewire power and lighting, remove 20C fireplace and hearths from kitchen and living room, and fire insert from dining room fireplace, replace with new, upgrade existing hot water and central heating system.
