Internal and external alterations to public house to include removal of 1st floor glazed structure and new: Glass canopy and guard for 1st floor terrace; slate roofing to front; timber cladding and glazed sliding doors to entrance; brick finish to front; timber cladding to gable; windows and cills; chimney; and concrete parapet moulding.
