Proposal

Dismantle to ground level Beech T1 (12m) to front of property on verge to encourage growth and health of second Beech and Scots Pine in close proximity. Trees planted too close and removal of one is required to prevent over crowding. Dismantle to ground level Crab Apple T2 (8-10m) to front of property on verge to encourage growth and health of second Crab Apple in close proximity. Trees planted by current owner too close and removal of one is required to prevent over crowding. Removal of 3 Turkish Hazels to prevent over crowding. Trees panted by current owner but now one T3 (3-4m) is crowding out a magnificent Acer, one T4 (3-4m) is too close to a Mimosa and the third is being removed to maintain symmetry T5 (3-4m). Lastly, removal to ground level an Ash T6 (8-10m) with 90% die back. Self seeded tree in property boundary hedge.
