Proposal

The tree is a large magnolia close to the bungalow known as The Elms. The tree is in good health and has good form and stands around 6m tall with a similar diameter. It's branches are now touching the house. We propose to reduce the tree by around 20% around it's entire crown to create a gap from the tree to the house while maintaining the shape and form of the tree.
