2 Old School Cottages Stoke Road St Mary Bourne Hampshire SP11 6EL
Proposal
Large Ash tree in rear garden. Request to remove the tree due to danger to life of the people living in the 3 Grade II listed cottages. The prevailing wind direction across the open fields at the rear of the cottages, would mean the tree would fall toward the cottages and chapel. The tree is within 20 mtrs of the houses and is in excess of 40 mtrs tall. Causing excessive shading and providing low amenity value - lifting decking in two properties, and causing undue angst in bad weather. Insufficient area in the garden to plant a replacement tree.
