This application seeks approval of details relating to access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping for the residential mixed-use development comprising 449 residential units (Use Class C3) and 250 sqm GIA of commercial floorspace (Use Class E (a)/(b) across four buildings within three development parcels, ranging from 4 to 21 storeys in height, together with public open space and public realm, children's play space, communal amenity space, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, sustainable drainage infrastructure, new and altered access arrangements, re-levelling and other associated works.
