The varied proposal is for demolition of the existing buildings, and construction of a residential led mix-used scheme comprising new residential homes (C3 Use Class) together with flexible commercial / community space (Class E / F1 / F2) at the ground floor, public realm enhancements including hard and soft landscaping and associated access, servicing, cycle parking, and refuse and recycling stores.
