Proposal

Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for an Existing Use or Operation or Activity, including those in breach of a planning condition Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - Confirmation of construction of building previously part used for storing book collection and a garage. Following sale of the house 02/09/24 the area is used for storage of garden furniture and a garage Please see below notes from solicitors on sale of the sale when asking for documentation regarding any building regulations or planning permission. 9. Our client has specifically queried the following: (a) Was there planning permission and appropriate building control regs for the separate annex/garage? The Seller states:- This was built to the footprint of an existing building which was derelict and, accordingly, we do not believe that planning permission was required. We don?t believe building regulations approval was sought. The building was completed in summer 2014 by a local man who had built his own house.
