Repaint exterior house, windows and doors with existing colour scheme and materials. External windows and doors in main house - Replace single glazing wooden windows to slimlite double glazing wooden windows, appearance to remain the same. Main lounge - Remove partition wall and enable the room to be squared. The lounge currently has parquet flooring which is placed over tiles which also run through the hallway. Where the squaring of the room reveals the tiles into the newly created additional living room area, parquet flooring will be laid. Interior bathroom upstairs in main house - Currently room has toilet, bath and double sink, with access via bedroom one and two . Divide room with internal partition wall to house two separate wash facilities which will service each bedroom. Main bedroom's bathroom will contain shower, toilet and one of the existing single sink. Second bedroom will contain existing bath and toilet, with addition of new sink and radiator.
