One laburnum tree on the right hand side corner of the driveway. This tree is sloping at an approx 60 degree angle. Various branches have fallen off over the years and we believe the tree is rotten and consider it a danger to our son and dog. We would like to apply for permission to cut the tree down to the ground. We have asked a tree surgeon for advice and he recommended cutting it down rather than removal of the branches due to the large one being rotten
