HC1: Horse chestnut, remove epicormic growth to 5m to leave the main stem clear of any growth to 5m. Reason: The crown lift is to allow low level to penetrate into the seating area of the Social club but also to increase the amenity value of the tree by creating a clear stem to give a more characteristic visual of the tree.
