We intend to remove a Horse Chestnut tree growing on The Green, in Cuddington, HP18 0AN. I have attached a location plan and photos of the tree.The reason for removing the tree at an early opportunity is due to advanced basal decay and the significant risk of windthrow. The tree is stands in public space within falling distance of public highway and property and hence there is a risk of harm to people. The tree was inspected by David Williams, Arb Consultant and I have copied below his findings (in red) which I fully endorse
