Proposed Discharge of Conditions 9 & 10 on Application LA08/2018/1285/F. Condition 9 states - A detailed landscaping plan showing full details of all hard and soft landscaping arrangements including existing and proposed tree and shrub planting, hedgerows and grass planting, which shall be of native species, surface treatment and fencing shall be submitted for written approval by the Council within 1 month of the date of this decision. The landscape plan shall include the species, size at the time of planting, location, spacing and numbers of all trees, shrubs and hedgerows to be planted and the proposed time of planting and all tree and shrub planting shall be carried out in accordance with those details and at those times. Trees or shrubs or hedgerows dying, removed or becoming seriously damaged within 5 years of being planted shall be replaced in the next available planting season, at the same location with others of a similar size and species unless the Council gives written consent to any variation. Condition 10 states - An open space management and maintenance plan shall be submitted for written approval by the Council within 1 month of the date of this decision. The plan shall set out the period of the plan, long term objectives, management responsibilities, performance measures and maintenance schedules of all areas of landscaping and open space. It should also set out details of the arrangements that will be put in place for the future management and maintenance in perpetuity of these areas, including details of the legal arrangement, between the prospective residents and Management Company, which are to be put in place as per policy OS2 of PPS 8. The landscape and open space management plan shall be carried out as approved.
