Discharge of Condition 7 of Planning approval N/2013/0276/F - Prior to the occupation of the development the applicant on completion of the agreed remediation works specified in RSK Dated 15th November 2013 shall provide to DOE Planning for approval, a verification report confirming that all works were completed in accordance with the agreed details and demonstrates the effectiveness of the remediation carried out in managing the identified risks. This should include suitable photographic and documentary evidence and as built plans showing the specific elements of the remediation scheme. In the event that previously unknown contamination is discovered falling outside the scope of the remediation scheme, development of the site shall cease pending submission of a written report which appropriately investigates the nature and extent of that contamination and reports the findings and conclusions of the same and provides details of what measures will be taken as a result of the contamination for the prior approval of DOE Planning. Reason: The protection of Health and environmental receptors to ensure the site is suitable for use.
