Discharge of Condition 7 of Planning Approval LA06/2023/1336/F which states 'No development shall commence until the details of a surface water drainage scheme, which shall incorporate Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) principles, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council.
