Residential development of 34 dwellings - Variation of condition 8 on approval LA06/2019/0634/F from: The drainage assessment states that it is proposed to attenuate more than the 30 year event in the drainage network. Therefore, prior to the commencement of any development hereby permitted, a final drainage assessment, containing a detailed drainage network design and compliant with Annex D of PPS 15 must be submitted to the Council for its consideration and written approval; or written confirmation from NIW stating that they will adopt a drainage network that will attenuate the 1 in 100 year storm event. To: Prior to the construction of the drainage network, the Applicant shall submit a Drainage Assessment, compliant with FLD 3 & Annex D of PPS 15, to be agreed with the Council, which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, agreed under Article 161, in a 1 in 100 year event, including an allowance for climate change (10%) and urban creep (10%). Reason: In order to safeguard against surface water flood risk to the development and elsewhere.
