Discharge of Condition 6 of Planning Approval LA06/2020/0564/F: 'Prior to demolition of the building, 1:20 detail drawings of the existing and proposed entrance portico including detail of materials shall be provided to and agreed by the Council in writing. The materials to be used on the front elevation shall be as follows: a. Roof: natural slate; b. Roof-lights: conservation style; c. Rainwater goods: metal; d. Walls: render finish to match existing, painted; e. Windows: first floor sliding sashes shall be an exact replica of existing hardwood timber framed, 6 over 6 sliding sash and without visible trickle vent. Horns to be simple in nature and not curved (ogee); ground floor windows to be hardwood timber. Size and profile of framing and astragals shall be as existing and shall be through-frame, rather than faux planted-on to glass. f. Doors: Hardwood, details to be in keeping with existing building; g. External joinery: finished on site with brush-applied opaque paint (i.e. not factory finished).
