I plan to install a 6 foot standard fence along the side of the property and back up to in line with the level of the front door. It wouldnt protrude past the level of the front of the house and would be within my boundaries. I have asked the builder, Barratts, and theyare happy with it. They advised me to check with Angus Council but thought it would be ok. I would be removing the fence marked red and extending the fence along the black line and back up the front of the house. This is all in my title deeds.
